The BBJ1 shares the same instrumentation in line with Boeing's requisite 'commonality' policy.*

Utilising a unique logic set developed to stand alone from the main exe of the flight simulator program and not to have to rely on the presence of a command program (FSIPC; unlike other programs) has made the Ariane Boeing 737-BBJ1 not only a more flexible and powerful solution but also a unique one in a class of its own. The new Boeing 737-BBJ1 is more responsive, more adaptable and features an even more accurate envelope and includes a complete interior solution to inform and entertain every requirement.

The 737-BBJ1 is the VIP member of the family, and can carry 1 to any number of passengers depending on its customers requirement. The BBJ1 and BBJ2 (and more recently the BBJ3) are products of a joint venture announced in July 1996 by The Boeing Company and General Electric Co. The first BBJ1 flight was in Sept 1998. The Boeing 737-BBJ1 software and flight model features a unique, long range, flight capable, eight fuel cell capacity of 206 cu ft (5.8 cu m) and a 6025 nm range (11,158 km).

The Main Operational Panels of the Boeing 737-BBJ1 fall into two position categories: Captain and First Officer. The views commanded by the two categories offer further sub-categories for pilots to take advantage of when engaged in specific tasks. The further sub-categories are: MCP Panel (2dPU*). An exceptionally high level of detail is built into the panel systems that are designed to emulate the Boeing 737-BBJ1 Simulation Software operation. The goal has been to uniquely advance the software to a degree of professionalism and accuracy while delivering a complete suite of working, adjustable and configurable 3d controls without frame rate hit. Less work-intensive tasks such as the cargo and passenger doors are fully controlled from the forward overhead electronics panel.

From the detailed and highly populated, switch and button-busy Forward and Aft Overhad Panels to the Main and Fwd Electronics Panels, the watch word is detail. Photographs of the panel sets have been used to globally map the many, operational areas in over 420 layers of Hi-Definition, 32-bit, bitmap texturing thereby maintaining a very high level of familiarisation with the real world counterpart.

Download Version. Contents: Boeing 737-BBJ1 Long Range (ER) VVIP aicraft in BBJ BCA roll out livery with options as described on the product page. The documentation in the download version is in PDF format. There are seven aircraft in BCA livery as well as a number of VVIP carrier liveries. Full documentation for setting up, quick flight and general tutorial supplied.
