IMPORTANT SERVER ANNOUNCEMENT - EVERYONE PLEASE READ - NEW SUPPORT
We apologise if any of our customers experienced any downtime or drop-outs since last week. The main reason for the drop out is that Ariane has been in the process of putting in place new and important mail servers (as well as revising and installing a new system with a new security level this last week) and other server related issues.
A number of new email addresses are due for announcement this week including the activation@arianedesign.com new address which is available to use now. There will be new email addresses for many areas from information to support as new, more secure and more advanced features become available to improve the way we support all our customers. During the period of change, both AOL and new emails will be checked.
Please watch this area for more information as this becomes available.

News From the Hangar - A New Level

When we began work on something we called 'Project X'; a new operations-critical simulation level (we called OPS) we discussed its structure and content with a number of professional pilots. The professional pilots we regularly talk to not only hold their long-gained 737 rating but also fly a wide range of general aviation aircraft and thus understand a wide range of disciplines.
